Scope

This policy covers paid subscriptions to the Athar platform available at atharpulse.com.

Early access is free and this policy does not apply to it.

If Athar is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

Refund requests are handled through Athar support.

Existing paid subscriptions remain subject to their agreed terms.

Email support@atharpulse.com from the address linked to your account and quote your invoice number. We answer refund requests within 3 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other applicable law.
